Thomas Haley
President

Tom has been a principal of Haley Construction since 1976 and is currently the President and C.O.O. of the company. In addition, Tom acts as a Project Director and will assure the continuity of pre-construction and construction throughout the entire project. He will interface with the owner, architect and design team, subcontractors, and company employees to ensure the highest quality product is achieved. He has the authority to make decisions regarding the safety, cost, schedule, and quality of the project.

As President of the company for 33 years, Tom has had hands on experience in all facets of company operations and the construction industry. His early experience includes applied construction experience, superintending, project management, scheduling of all phases, sales, personnel management, site and design consultation, contract negotiations, and client relations.

Personal involvement in all projects through his on-site presence, field inspections, regular correspondence and meetings with the owner, design team, and key individuals on each project allow Tom to maintain a record of excellence in his work.

Tom has served on numerous boards and professional organizations including four terms as president of the Yavapai County Contractors Association and the President of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce in 1985.

William Haley
Vice President/ Project Manager

Bill has been a principal of Haley Construction since 1976 and is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has 33 years of construction experience and 5 years of structural engineering experience. He is the Pre-Construction Manager on all projects and is responsible for overseeing and supervising the preparation of all estimates, project proposals, budgets, and job costing prepared by Haley Construction.

Bill pre-qualifies all subcontractors and suppliers, and coordinates all drawing reviews. He is responsible for transitioning the project to operations after the contract is awarded. Bill has years of proven experience in value engineering and a vast knowledge of construction finance that has contributed to substantial client savings. In addition to his extensive design and structural engineering knowledge, his close working relationships with architects, engineers, and subcontractors provides Haley Construction with a unique advantage in achieving the highest value and quality in all projects.

His responsibilities include project management, job supervision, pre-construction services, and project closeout procedures. Project management services are comprised of system design, cost estimating, and interface with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors.

Bill has served on various boards such as the Yavapai County Contractors Association, West Yavapai Guidance Clinic, American Lutheran Church Board, and Prescott Little League.

Allan Crary, Jr.
Project Manager

Allan began his career with Haley Construction Company in 2002 as a Superintendent on a 3 year multi-million dollar project at Gunsite Ranch in Paulden, AZ. This project included the construction of a 13,000 square foot private residence, shop, storage facilities, and a helicopter landing facility. Upon completion of this project Allan began a General Contracting business for several years. In 2008 he elected to rejoin Haley.

His current responsibilities include Estimating and Project Management. He concentrates on scheduling, job costing, overall job supervision, inspection of field construction, and acts as a liaison between the owner and design team.
Allan assists in all phases of a project from preconstruction through construction services including estimating and budget preparation, startup, material procurement, all parts of the construction phase, final inspections, owner instructions and building occupancy, and punch list activities.

Allan is detail oriented and exceptional at identifying risks and solutions throughout the course of the project.

Diane Travis
Accounts/Operations Manager

Diane’s career with Haley Construction began in 2006. She has 19 years of experience in construction accounting and management. She is responsible for contract review, budgeting, tracking all project expenses and performing cost analysis. She processes monthly billings for projects, financial reporting, and overall project administration.

Gillian Haley
Business Development Coordinator

Gillian began with Haley Construction in 2009 after completing her Masters in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University and returning from a Finance internship in London, England. Her responsibilities as business development coordinator include building strategic relationships with clients, architects, and community members, marketing, and helping to shape future development goals within Haley Construction. She is familiar with real estate development principals such as market analysis, land planning and entitlements, design fundamentals, and construction.

Gillian is also a project manager for Haley Construction and is involved in office management of projects, scheduling, costing, and subcontractor, client, and architect communications.

Dave Ziesel
Project Superintendent

Dave has 29 years of construction experience to his acclaim. Clients appreciate his in depth knowledge of construction trades and his can-do attitude. He brings extensive experience in job supervision, field inspection, and subcontractor coordination. His attention to quality control has exceeded client expectation on numerous multi-million dollar projects.
Dave is an on-site supervisor and is responsible for monitoring the project schedule, man-power requirements, job safety, and making adjustments as needed in coordination with the project manager. His on-site activities include equipment start-up, field inspections, final inspection, owner instruction and building occupancy, supervising pre-punch and punch list activities. He is responsible for leading weekly meetings and reporting job progress and any issues that may arise during the course of the project. He is adept in identifying all issues that may affect the project and is proactive in resolving them.

With 29 years of experience with Haley Construction Company, Larry brings a vast knowledge of carpentry and subcontractor management to our projects. He specializes in finishing details on custom residential & commercial construction. His easy-going personality allows him to work well with a variety of clients. One of Larry’s projects was recently featured in the Phoenix Home and Garden magazine and was on the Phippen Home Tour.
