We typically use the industry standard AIA contract that is best suited to your project.

We are experienced in working with private owners, owner representatives, and governmental entities to negotiate the most comfortable and efficient methods for our clients. Using a variety of approaches we have accomplished significant customer savings including reducing estimated costs on a single project by over a half million dollars while also increasing the scope of work through the Construction Manager at Risk process.
